I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve disappeared inside your own life.
To love your children deeply…
and still feel exhausted, stretched, and somehow absent from it all.
To spend your days responding, managing, holding everything together,
while quietly losing connection with yourself.
I’m a social worker, certified life coach, and a mother of three neurodivergent teens.
And for a long time, I was surviving.
Life felt intense, relentless, and all-consuming.
I was constantly responding to what was needed - advocating, managing, putting out fires - with very little space left for me.
If I had a moment to myself, I used it to learn more, understand more, try harder.
I thought if I could just figure everything out… things would finally settle.
But underneath it all, something else was happening.
I was disappearing.
I didn’t know what I liked anymore.
What I needed.
Who I was outside of what everyone else required of me.
My life was full but I didn’t feel like I was in it.
The turning point occurred when I was gently invited back into relationship with myself.
Through woman-centred coaching, I began to slow down…
to notice what I was feeling, what I needed, what I had been overriding for so long.
Not in a forceful or overwhelming way -
but in small, honest moments.
And something began to shift.
I started to feel more present.
More grounded.
More like I was actually in my life again.
This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.
It’s about coming back into your life,
and allowing things to change from there.
Our home isn’t perfect.
But there is more space now.
More connection and ease in how we move together.
Not because I fixed everything,
but because I am no longer absent from my own life.
This is the work I do now.
I support women; especially those holding a lot
to come back into relationship with themselves.
To reconnect with their voice, their needs, their inner authority.
To feel like they exist again inside their own lives.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need.
You just have to feel that something isn’t quite right…
and be willing to begin.
I’d love to walk alongside you.

Beginning to feel like they are actually in their lives — with more space, presence, and moments of real aliveness
Reconnecting with what they truly want, need, and desire — often for the first time in a long time
Feeling more open to new possibilities — including work, creativity, or paths that feel more aligned
Creating a life that feels more honest, and more like a full-body yes
Allowing more support into their lives — and no longer feeling like they have to hold everything alone
